Chapter 7:

The Darkness Returns

Mewtwo was right in front of me, but he didn't do or say anything. I noticed a weird looking necklace it was wearing. The symbol reminded me of something I drew when I was a little boy. It was a kind of crystal-like symbol that represents Destiny. "What's wrong, Tommy?" Loren asked. I didn't reply. I felt like Mewtwo was trying to link with my mind, trying to tell me something about my destiny. After a few minutes, It finally got through into my mind. "The end is near... soon, the fate of the world will rest in your hands." It said. "How come everybody keeps telling me that?" I shouted. Mewtwo was about to say something else, but just then, Euicune came crashing into the cave.

"You two again. What are you doing here?" he said. "This time I'll steal all of your Pokemon with my secret weapon." He pulled out a weird looking Pokeball. It was a black ball, with a kind of swirl to it. He threw the ball, and out came a strange looking Pokemon. "It's Drealsite. The most powerful Pokemon you will ever come face to face with." Little did he know, We already did come face to face with the most powerful Pokemon we had ever seen.

" Go! Kamoda! We can easily take this thing out, it looks like a Grass type." Loren used Feraligatr, helping me in the battle. Kamoda used Mega Claw, and slashed the Pokemon right across the face. "Feraligatr, Ice Beam NOW!" Loren yelled. Feraligatr let out a huge beam of ice, blasting it at Drealsite and freezing it. "WHAT??? How could this happen? That waws my strongest Pokemon!!! Grrrr.... I'll be back you little brats." He shreaked. And with that, he flew away on his little ship thingy. " I guess we climb out up there...but what about Mewtwo? Where did it go?" I said. Oh well. We climbed back up from the entrance where we first fell, but when we got to the top, the Ocean wasn't there. "Where are we?" Loren asked.

There was a sign that said "Beware, the end starts here." Then it disappeared. We started walking through the forest, when we were attacked by a Gengar. Kamoda made it faint, then a whole bunch of other Dark Pokemon came and surrounded us. "What are we going to do?" Loren yelled, so scared that she almost pissed her pants. "We'll have to fight them all off." I replied. I was also a little scared. Kamoda wasn't strong enough to face them all alone, and Furret was still tired from the massive Hyper Beam attack. "I never healed my Pokemon after our battle at the gym." Loren said. Now what were we going to do?
