Chapter 12:

Falling In

"Please Fesity! You don't need to prove that your tough, you already have!" Loren yelled, trying to get Fesity to return to it's Pokeball. Fesity looked at Loren, then slowly walked towards me. "Come on Fesity, you did a great job." I said. "Just get inside the Pokeball and rest." Fesity finally went inside the Pokeball. "Now who will you use?" Loren asked me. "Haha...go! Houndour!" I yelled with great confidence that I'd win. "Photosythe, use Flashback!" Hope ordered. Photosythe made a huge ray of light, flashing down on Houndour.

Houndour was then surrounded by the dark forest where I had first caught it, because that was where it last was before it went into the Pokeball. Houndour couldn't see Photosythe. "Okay Photosythe, use Ancient Power!" Hope yelled. The Ghost shot out a rushing line of rocks towards Houndour. "Houndour, jump up out of the way." I yelled, no knowing that it as surrounded by the forest. The rush of rocks hit Houndour, knocking it to the ground. It was also out of the flash back. Houndour got up, seeming okay.

"Good, now use Crunch attack!" I said. Houndour crunched down on Photosyte, causing to faint. "You have proven your worth, take the Shadow Badge." After winning, Loren, Kamoda and I went back to the Pokemon Center to see how Kyle was doing. "What the hell happened to that egg?" I asked Kyle. "See, what'd I tell ya? Over the past hour of sitting here, the egg multiplied into several other eggs." Kyle replied. "You both can have one if you want." Loren and I took an egg the multiplied from the other egg. "Thanks Kyle, that's so sweet of you." Loren said to Kyle, smiling and looking at him longingly.

"Ummm...can we go now?" I said, but nobody responded. They were just sitting there, looking at each other. "HEY! LET'S GO!" I yelled at them. Kyle jumped to his feet, scared out of hi mind. "Okay, okay! Don't get so snappy." Loren said as she walked by me. "Thanks a lot, ididot." Kyle said to me. It was obvious what was going on there. About an hour later, we were on our way to the next city, Klamera City, we ran into a scary looking person. She was an old, wrinkled lady with a Bellsprout at her side. "Ahh, Tommy. I was expecting you to come by sooner or later." she said. "How do you know my name?" I asked her. "I've been watching you in battle. You share a special bond with your Pokemon."
