Chapter 2:


The Begining of the End

 

It was on a Friday when I went to Chrystal's lab to pick up my very first Pokemon. Chrystal is the Prof. here in Gurizshnia. I had a choice of five Pokemon to choose from. There was Penguinus (Normal), Kamoda (Fire), Selster (Fighting), Freezling (Ice), and Chickorita (Grass). My favorite type is fire, so of course, I chose Kamoda. Chrystal gave me 12 Pokeballs, 5 potions, and a newly updated Pokedex with all 355 Pokemon. My first destination was Cudila Town, home of the first gym in Presto.

On my way, I was walking in Grounder forest, when I caught my eyes on a dark figure in the shadowy pond to my left. It looked sort of like a human figure, yet creature-like. I began to sneak over to the pond, when I was attacked by a Sentret. Kamoda used Spit fire and knocked that Sentret flat on it's round....whatever it has, and I threw a Pokeball at it and caught it. MY FIRST CAPTURE!!! Too busy being proud of myself, I never noticed that the dark figure seemed to had vanished. I figured I was just seeing things, as a result to being so excited about my first battle. I got to Cudila Town, only to find disappointment. The Cudila Town Gym Leader wasn't in Town, so there weren't going to be any challanges. It was getting late, and Kamoda and I were pretty tired, so we stayed at the Pokemon Center for the night.
