The End of the Line

 

"It's over. Finally." Loren said. Just then, the Leader of the Lysmith City gym came over to me. "Thank you for saving the city, even though it's destroyed, you saved the rest of the world, and for that, I give you this Horn Badge." He said. "Yes! I have 5 badges. Thanks to the new laws, I only need 5 badges to be able to compete in the Pokemon League, Let's go!" I yelled. I started running towards the Pokemon League, then stopped.

"Aren't you two coming?" I asked Kyle and Loren. Loren walked up to me. "Tommy, we've decided to go back to Hornbutch City, back to Kyle's house. I'm going to live with him." She said. "Oh....I see. So you won't come to be at my side when I'm competing in the League?" I asked. "I'm sorry Tommy, but this whole adventure has been just to much for me, and Kyle has to get back to his gym...so I'm just going to go with him." she answered. "Okay...I understand. But, I want to tell you one thing before I leave, I'll never forget you....I love you." I said.

She gave me a big hug, then walked back over to Kyle. "Don't worry." He said. "I'll take good care of her. After you're done with the league, come visit us." And they started walking back to Hornbutch. So now, I'm at the league, writing this story. I'm in the final battle to determine who will become the new league champion. I just hope that Loren is watching, because this one's for her.
