Chapter 1:

Grandpa said. I didn't quite know what he was talking about until I saw it, the most incredible thing I had ever seen...but, I didn't know what is was called. I knew what it was for, because my grandpa once told me a great legend about it. Along in the legend, he mentioned the name of it, but I forget what it is. "Tell me the legend of that...that...that thing again grandpa." I said to him. "Oh, okay. One more time won't kill much time." he replied.

He started his tale of how it was used to defeat the ancient Pokemon of Shaldia, An ancient town created by Pokemon. " The humans intruded on the ancient one's land, attacking, and attempting to capture every one. But the one creator of all of these Pokemon, was a Pokemon itself. It was the strongest Pokemon anybody had ever seen, more powerful than the legendary Mewtwo. The humans were afraid of this POkemon because of it's brute strength, and abilities. Once it discovered that the humans were attacking the land and capturing all of it's kind, it began to take action. It began to kill every human it saw, even if it meant destroying it's own land. All of the humans were devistated about the fact that this evil creature might wipe the human race out, until the wise one, your very first relative, the Great Seergene, created an item of such power, it would capture and lock away this Pokemon forever."

He went on about how the humans used the item to capture the Pokemon and lock it away, and about how it could only be unsealed by it's creator, Seergene.

"And until this very day, that evil creature is known to be called Darkmare."

"What is the item called though, grandpa?" I asked him curiously.

"This ancient item here, it is called the Seal Reaf....but now you had better get going on your Pokemon journey." I grabbed my bag and attempted to make a break for my door when I heared my grandpa say, "Beware, the ghost of Seergene still lurks around, looking for the Seal Reaf." Yeah right, is he crazy? A ghost around here? There aren't even ghost Pokemon around let alone a human ghost, but anyway, on with the journey.
